2. Is it safe
to order through Braun-Brita-Pur-Sonicare-shop.com? What is our
security?
It is very safe to order through us. Our
security is handled by Yahoo! Shopping. Yahoo! Shopping uses secure
servers to protect your personal information, including your name,
address, and credit card information. They use the Stronghold secure
server, currently the second best-selling secure server software. It
supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter
your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the
Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until Yahoo!
receives it. For added security, Yahoo also encrypts the credit card
number when it is stored on disk, and when it is forwarded to us. All
credit card numbers are removed from Yahoo data after appoximately 30 days
for added security. We do not store your credit card information on
computer beyond a day or two for order processing. Shopping online
is actually considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent
opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for
consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions." You should feel as
safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not
more so.

4. When/how
often should I change my Pur water filter?
The Pur
plus filter for pitchers and dispensers is designed to filter 40 gallons
of water, or approximately 1-2 months for the average family. The Pur plus
replacement filters that we sell have an indicator on the top that tells
you when to replace the filter. For 2 gallon pitchers the filter needs to
be replaced when the red dot is lined up with the triangle mark on the top
of the filter. For the ½ gallon pitchers the filter is full when the red
dot has rotated fully in the clockwise direction when viewed from above.
Be aware that the pitcher or dispenser must be used according to you
owner’s manual for the indicator to work properly. If in doubt, put in a
new filter.

5. When/how
often should I change my Brita water filter?
The Brita
filter for pitchers and dispensers is designed to filter 40 gallons of
water, or approximately 1-2 months for the average family. The Brita
replacement filters that we sell have an indicator on the top that tells
you when to replace the filter Be aware that the pitcher/dispenser must be
used according to you owner’s manual for the indicator to work properly.
If in doubt, put in a new filter.

the shipping cost and how will my order be shipped?

charge what it costs us to ship your product. We ship via United States
Postal Service to addresses in the 50 United States and via UPS
Ground, 3 day select, and 2nd day air with tracking numbers. Your UPS
tracking number will be emailed to you directly from UPS. Make sure to
choose your shipping option when you place your order. To check your
shipment status, please go to http://www.ups.com/ and
enter your tracking number provided in your order number.
